Dividend
cash dividend
Sunstar shareholders receive a cash dividend if the company performs well. This is automatically credited to your account by your bank. The share is traded ‘ex’ dividend two trading days after the Annual General Meeting. The dividend payment is made three trading days after the ex-date.
dividend in kind
For each registered share, registered Sunstar shareholders automatically receive a shareholder voucher worth CHF 50 in September. This is personal, non-transferable and valid until 20 December of the following year at the latest (latest date of arrival). Shareholder vouchers can be redeemed in all Sunstar Hotels for accommodation/breakfast at the current daily rate according to the Sunstar price list up to a maximum of 50% (up to 60% with a loyalty card).
In the case of packages or special offers, the acceptance can be reduced to 20% or cancelled altogether, see the respective announcement. Shareholder vouchers cannot be redeemed over the turn of the year and in the period from 1 February to 10 March (date of arrival is decisive). Acceptance is limited to bookings made directly via Sunstar (hotel, Sunstar home page/reservation centre). No acceptance for bookings made via third parties (tour operators, travel agencies, internet platforms, etc.).
